The Health Policy Partnership (HPP) wants to learn about the ways people are integrating radioligand therapy into clinical care. We are asking you to share examples of activities that improve readiness for and integration of the therapy. With your input, we aim to uncover new learnings and create a public resource to help others plan and deliver radioligand therapy to the people who could benefit from it.
Radioligand therapy is a truly multidisciplinary, multi-sectoral approach to cancer care which requires careful systems planning to overcome potential barriers to its full integration. We want to know how you have managed to address these barriers. We are looking for examples of activities that may:
• aim to impact any part of the radioligand therapy delivery process, or wider activities relating to training or advocacy
• focus on radioligand therapy itself or paired diagnostics
• be an official initiative that an organisation has explicitly created to improve integration of radioligand therapy, or a more informal activity.
Examples could include: processes used to expand the infrastructure of imaging services; the use of particular roles to effectively deliver radioligand therapy (e.g. patient coordinator, nurse specialist); the creation of registries that collect data on the use of radioligand therapy; the formation of care pathways to make the steps of care and referral clear; or initiatives to stabilise the supply of radionuclides for medical use.
